Protect your bags against delays greater than 96 hours for just 2.5 EUR per person per sector with peace of mind wherever you travel.

Wizz Air offers bag tracking services provided by Blue Ribbon Bags. The service tracks and expedites the return of all mishandled baggage and pays a guaranteed 300 EUR for each lost bag, not returned within 96 hours of the passenger’s flight landing.

What can you expect from our Delayed Baggage Protection Product?

The service tracks your delayed checked-in baggage and sends live updates every time there is a change to the status of their bag.
You will receive 300 EUR to your bank account for each bag not recovered within 96 hours of the passenger’s flight landing.
Payments are guaranteed, even if your bags are recovered at any point after the expiration of the 96-hour service period.
No proof of contents of baggage, or receipts, is necessary to receive payment.
The tracking service covers all checked-in bags per passenger for a price of 2.5 EUR whilst guaranteeing a maximum pay out of 600 EUR for 2 bags only.

How to purchase

You can add the service during the booking process while selecting your checked-in bag(s) per passenger per flight. Please note that the service is only applicable for checked-in bags.

In the unfortunate event of lost baggage:

In case your baggage is delayed, please report it to the Lost and Found office at the airport you have landed in. Fill out the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) - the agent at the office and collect a “file reference or locator number”.
Within 24 hours after landing, contact Blue Ribbon Bags - you will find contacts in the confirmation e-mail sent to you earlier.
After you have submitted the form, send an e-mail to MBR@blueribbonbags.com. Please do not forget to mention your BRB agreement number as subject of your e-mail letter and attach your Property Irregularity Form (scanned or photographed) to the e-mail. Please make sure that in the attachment all the details from your PIR are visible and can be clearly seen.

What to do if your flight gets cancelled or delayed?
