If you encounter technical issues, have missed your check-in, or have booked through an online travel agency, please refer to the relevant section below.

If you experience issues with online check-in, please first verify if online check-in is available for your flight. For additional information, please visit the Check-in and Baggage Drop-off Times page.

In some locations, online check-in may not be available. In these exceptional cases, you can check in at the airport free of charge. The list of such airports is below:

  • Agadir Al Massira Airport
  • Corfu
  • Marrakesh Menara Airport
  • Moscow
  • Zaragoza

If you continue to experience check-in problems, please try the following:

  • Use on a computer or laptop, or utilize the WIZZ Mobile App.
  • Use Google Chrome as your browser.
  • Before visiting the website, clear your search history and cookies.
  • Attempt to use incognito mode.
  • In the event of schedule changes, ensure that you have accepted the new timing on your WIZZ Account.
  • Of none of the above works, please take a screenshot of the issue and contact our Call Centre Services.

If you made an error when entering your details during check-in, please contact our Call Centre Services.

If you encounter the error message during check-in: 'This email address has already been used for other passengers,' please contact our Live Chat agents.

If you fail to:

  • complete the check-in procedures by the deadline,
  • arrive at the check-in counter or the boarding gate in a timely manner,

your reservation will be cancelled, and you won't be able to board the flight. We will refund the total fare amount after deducting fees for other services and a seat protection fee.

We recommend purchasing insurance in advance to cover your losses in such cases.

When you check-in online, make sure to enter the details of your travel documents accurately. If you made any mistake, for corrections please contact the Live Chat or Wizz Air Call Centre services.

Please note that if you are travelling within the Schengen area, you don’t need to fill in your travel document details. Simply complete the online check-in procedure. You will need to travel with your national ID or your passport, but providing travel document details is not required.

Also, please note that you need to present the same travel document used for online check-in at the airport. If you provided your national ID number during check-in, you cannot travel with your passport, and vice versa

If you have booked your ticket through an online travel agency and encounter check-in issues, please contact your third-party provider for assistance.

You can add additional services to your reservation even after check-in. If you have added Priority Boarding or Seat Selection to the reservation, you have two options:

  • Reprint the boarding card, or
  • Proceed to the check-in desk at the airport to receive a sticker reflecting the changes on the existing boarding card.

Additionally, you have the flexibility to change the flight and the name of the passenger up to 4 hours before departure, either online or via the Wizz Air Call Centre. However, please be aware that a fee is applicable for these changes. If you opt for the Wizz Air Call Centre, a transaction fee will also be charged, and this fee is non-refundable.

It's important to note that if you have changed your flight or the passenger's name, you will need to check in again and reprint your boarding pass.
