Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe and Bulgaria’s leading carrier, announced today a new route from Varna to Tel Aviv. The newest WIZZ service will commence on 21 July and operate with three weekly flights. Seats on the new route are already on sale and can be booked on wizzair.com from only BGN 49.99 / ILS 109 *.
Wizz Air has recently announced that it will base a new Airbus A320 at Varna Airport investing $98 million** in the region. The aircraft allows the airline to add a total of six new services to its Varna network, which now consists of eight routes to six countries.
Establishing base operations, the company will hire 36 people to be based in Varna as crewmembers for the new aircraft. The recruitment of local crew has already started and the airline is organizing an open day for all those interested in the sky-high career at WIZZ. The Open Days for WIZZ cabin crew recruitment will be held on 7 and 8 February from 9:00 AM at Interhotel Cherno More (33 Slivnitsa Blvd., 9000, Varna).
