The Wizz Air App is FREE!

The app is available on mobile devices with Android 4.4 or higher and iPhones with iOS 9.3 or higher.

With this free app you can access the following features:

  • Book Wizz Air flights
  • Review your existing bookings
  • Check flight schedules
  • Add services to your existing bookings
  • Make changes to your existing booking
  • Check-in
  • Download your mobile boarding pass if it is accepted on departure airport
  • Flight status information
  • Push notifications about flight information and latest promotions

When you click on the "Forgot your password" link in the app login screen, you will find an explanation on how to reset it.

The easiest way to become a WIZZ Discount Club member is to begin your flight booking via the mobile app. Immediately after selecting your flight, a prompt will appear asking you to join WIZZ Discount Club. Follow these simple steps to secure your flight booking and club membership.

Please note that you cannot become a member of the WIZZ Discount Club without purchasing a flight. For more information about the WIZZ Discount Club member please visit WIZZ Discount Club.

Yes, you can check in using the app. If you check-in with the app, you have the following options to retrieve your boarding pass:

  • In case of the mobile boarding card is accepted at the airport, you can use the in-app one
  • If you are using iOS operating system, you can also save your boarding card to the Wallet*

It is your responsibility to make sure you have a usable boarding card with you whether it’s the in-app one, saved in Wallet, or printed.
Some airports in the Wizz Air network do not yet support mobile boarding passes. In such cases, when you check-in using the app, a mobile boarding pass will not be generated. Please visit, retrieve your reservation and print your boarding card.

*Wallet is a native Apple iPhone and iPod touch app that was introduced as part of iOS 9. This app allows users to store and use electronic coupons, airline boarding passes, train tickets, movie and other event tickets, reward club cards and gift cards.

Yes, you can easily add Priority Boarding, baggage, sports equipment, WIZZ Flex, Travel insurance, airport check-in, SMS Confirmation and choose or change your seat during the booking process.

You can also add these services to already existing reservations via the ‘Add Services’ function.

Yes, you can use the app to purchase your checked-in bags and check-in options during the booking process.

Yes, by entering your booking confirmation code you can add priority and comfort options, baggage, and airport check-in to all existing bookings. You can add these options even if you did not personally make the original booking. It is possible to add services to only one booking even if there are multiple passengers on the same confirmation code.

You are entitled to the following:

  • Change the flight date, time and routing up to 3 hours prior to actual flight's scheduled departure time. Please note that an additional flight change fee will be paid and a difference between the ticket prices, if any.
  • Change the name. Please note that an additional name change fee will be paid.
  • Cancel the flight. Please note that you will be redirected to the web site and that cancellation fees will apply

The app is available on the following languages: Bulgarian, Bosnian, Dutch, German, English, French, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, Russian and Ukrainian.

You can change the language in the menu within Settings.

You can pay for your booking by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UATP), with a WIZZ Gift voucher, using your balance on your WIZZ Account or via bank transfer.

You can use a WIZZ Gift voucher as a payment method for your flight booking in the app by selecting the voucher option on the payment screen.

Currently you are not able to purchase any new Gift vouchers within the app.

Yes, if you are a Privilege Pass holder and you are logged in, you will be able enjoy the benefits of the Privilege Pass during your booking.
