Cabin Crew data sheet is also required, which you can download during the

You will receive an automatic message, after successfully submitted
application. Please record your application ID, which is included in the

You’re requested to send your CV, a colour ID photo and filled in Cabin
Crew Application Form in English language. The size of the attachment should

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE INTERVIEW TAKES PLACE?
Selected candidates will receive e-mail invitation for
recruitment day. You’re required to confirm your participation to the mailbox
provided in the invitation letter you received. Please note that you will not
receive confirmation to your confirmation email. Once you confirm your

WILL THE RECRUITMENT EVENT TAKE PLACE IN THE CITY FOR WHICH I HAVE APPLIED?
Not necessarily – you may need to travel to a different city to
participate in the recruitment event. Please note that we do not cover travel
costs or the accommodation for the period of the recruitment session.
Candidates will need to arrange, and pay for their stay during the recruitment
I RECEIVED AN INVITATION BUT I CANNOT COME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN INVITATION, BUT I CAN SEE THAT THERE IS AN OPEN DAY ANNOUNCED – CAN I STILL JOIN?
In case you haven’t received an invitation, you can still join our open
recruitment day. Please bring your printed CV in English and a colour ID photo.
HOW LONG DOES THE RECRUITMENT EVENT TAKE?
The recruitment event contains a series of tasks in which each candidate
needs to participate and can take one whole day. Please note that due to the
high level of interest we might extend it for one more day. Please make sure
you arrive 15min prior to the start of the recruitment event, late applicants
are not accepted.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THE INTERVIEW?
If you were invited you need to bring your printed CV in English, a
colour ID photo and the filled and signed Cabin Crew Application form (EN) which
you can download and save during the application. If you participate on an Open
Day – just bring your CV (EN) and a colour ID photo.
WHEN WILL I KNOW THE FINAL RESULT OF MY INTERVIEW?
Within two weeks after the recruitment event. Your assessors will inform
you about the details in the course of the recruitment.
I DO NOT HAVE ANY AVIATION EXPERIENCE – DO I HAVE A CHANCE TO BE SELECTED?
Certainly you have a chance. While previous experience is a plus, it is
not a requirement.
I HAVE TATTOOS – DO I HAVE A CHANCE TO BE SELECTED?
According to our requirements, in case you have a tattoo, it should not
be visible when wearing the uniform.
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM CRITERIA TO BE SELECTED?
Minimum criteria are:
You are aged 18 or over You are a minimum of 165 cm (ladies)
or 175 cm (gentlemen) tall, with an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on
tiptoes You have high school degree You are fluent – written and spoken –
in English and in an additional Central Eastern European language (either
Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovak,
German, Czech, Macedonian, Serbian, Ukrainian, Georgian or Bosnian) You have a valid passport without
limitations (minimum 6 months) You are able to swim You live or are ready to move within
60 minutes of your chosen base and prepared to make this journey upon work
schedule You don’t have tattoos and/or
piercing on parts of the body that are visible when wearing uniform You are an enthusiastic person who
likes working with people Please note that if you wear glasses
or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you are
unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination
HOW LONG DO YOU CONSIDER MY APPLICATION VALID?
Your application will be valid for 1 year, after that you can apply
CAN I HAVE A PHONE/SKYPE INTERVIEW?
Please be informed that Wizz Air cannot assure you to have individual
assessment day (including skype, face-time or conference call).
I WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL, WHEN CAN I REAPPLY?
In case you have already participated in a WIZZ Recruitment event; you
are obliged to wait a 3-month period to retry.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED, WHAT IS NEXT?
Once you were informed that you are successful, you will be
automatically placed in our holding pool. As soon as our next training becomes
available, you will receive an offer of employment, details about the next
steps and starting date of your training. Please note that the waiting time to
start the initial training might take a few months up to a year.
