Wizz credit conversion request

Please note that you as a booking owner, and contact person for all passengers on the affected reservation, are eligible to request 100% refund either via bank transfer or to the bank card/original payment method the booking was paid with instead of 120% WIZZ credits. In this case please note that the aforementioned extra +20% will not be applied.

In case you original payment was made via bank transfer we will proceed with the refund to your bank account, please provide the necessary bank details on the next page.

In case your original payment was made via bank card or any other payment method (for example iDeal, PayByLink, etc.) we will proceed with the refund via the original payment method. However, you are still requested to fill out the bank details below, in case of any technical limitations with the refunds.

In case your original payment was made with a mix of different payment types, all the separate payment amounts will be refunded based on the original method, however, you are still requested to fill out the bank details below, in case of any technical limitations with the refunds.

Please note that in case your reservation was fully paid with WIZZ credits or voucher, you are not eligible for credit conversion.
