Q: I’D LIKE TO WORK AS CABIN CREW, HOW CAN I APPLY?
A: Please visit the career section of our website and select the particular base you are interested in and apply for the position with your English CV, and 2 photos (face and full body). Please note the Cabin Crew data sheet is also required, which you can download during the application. Do not forget to fill in in English and attach to the required documents.
Q: IF I SEND MY APPLICATION, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ANSWER?
A: You will receive an automatic message, after successfully submitted application. Please record your application ID, which is included in the automatic message. If you log in in the future with your application ID, you can modify your data or attachments. Afterwards your application will be assessed and in case of positive result our Cabin Crew Recruitment team is going to contact you via e-mail. Please note, that only successful candidates will be contacted.
Q: IN WHICH LANGUAGE SHOULD I APPLY?
A: Please provide all documents in English only.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I SEND TOGETHER WITH MY APPLICATION?
A: You’re requested to send your CV and two photos: face and full body and also the Cabin Crew Application Form filled in in English language. Size of attachment should not exceed 500 kB.
Q: IT IS INDIFFERENT FOR ME IN WHICH COUNTRY I’LL WORK. TO WHICH MAILBOX SHOULD I SEND MY APPLICATION?

Q: I DIDN’T GET ANY ANSWER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Please check the SPAM folder in your mailbox – due to some personal settings it may happen that our letter has been qualified as SPAM. Please note that we contact selected candidates only.
Q: IF I AM UNSUCCESSFUL – WILL I GET ANY FEEDBACK ABOUT THE REASON?
A: Please note that due to high volume of application we cannot provide individual feedbacks at any stage of the recruitment.
Q: WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY PERSONAL DATA?
A: Your personal data are used for recruitment purposes only.
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE INTERVIEW TAKES PLACE?
A: Selected candidates will receive e-mail invitation for recruitment day not later, than 5-7 days before the event. You’re required to confirm your participation once you receive the invitation.
Q: WILL THE RECRUITMENT EVENT TAKE PLACE IN THE CITY FOR WHICH I HAVE APPLIED?
A: Not necessarily – you may need to travel to a different city to participate in the recruitment event. Please note that we do not cover travel costs or the accommodation for the period of the recruitment session.
Q: I RECEIVED AN INVITATION BUT I CANNOT COME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Please inform us in advance, we will invite you to the next opportunity.
Q: I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN INVITATION, BUT I SEE THAT THERE IS AN OPEN DAY ANNOUNCED – CAN I COME?
Q: HOW LONG THE WILL THE RECRUITMENT EVENT TAKE?
A: The event contains a series of tasks in which each candidate needs to participate and will take one whole day. Please note that due to the high level of interest we might extend it for one more day. Please note as well that all our events start at 9 o’clock sharp, and that you are only accepted, when you present at the start of the day.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THE INTERVIEW?
A: If you were invited you need to bring your printed CV (EN) and 2 photos (face and full body) and the filled and signed Cabin Crew Application form (EN) that you can save during the application. If you participate on an Open Day – just bring your CV (EN) and 2 photos (face and full body).
Q: WHEN WILL I KNOW THE FINAL RESULT OF MY INTERVIEW?
A: Not later than three days after the recruitment. Your assessors will inform you about the details in the course of the recruitment.
Q: I DON’T HAVE ANY AVIATION EXPERIENCE – DO I HAVE A CHANCE TO BE SELECTED?
A: Certainly you have a chance. We do not require previous aviation experience.
Q: I HAVE TATTOOS – DO I HAVE A CHANCE TO BE SELECTED?
A: Yes, but they cannot be visible when wearing the uniform.
Q: WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM CRITERIA TO BE SELECTED?
A: Minimum criteria are:
- Minimum High School diploma
- Fluent English
- Ability to swim
- Excellent health condition
Q: HOW LONG DO YOU CONSIDER MY APPLICATION VALID?
A: Your application will be valid for 6 month, after that you can apply again.
