Group bookings

  • flexibility to increase the number of passengers in the group by 10% at the same fare level (up to 30 days after the booking and no later than 60 days before the departure)
  • student and senior groups receive a 20% discount


  1. Log in and search flights for 11 passengers or more to create a group booking.
  2. If you book within 14 days of the departure date or your group has over 50 passengers, send in your request through the booking page.
  3. You will be notified by e-mail within 2 working days when your seats are available to book.
  4. Book your seats as instructed in the e-mail. There is no need to provide names at the time of the booking.
  5. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a flight itinerary with your confirmation code.
  6. Passengers’ names can be provided once full payment has been received, no later than 72 hours before departure.
  7. You will receive a final confirmation e-mail, which includes the passengers’ names. If you have not received the e-mail 2 working days prior to your departure date, please request it by contacting the Group Desk.
Group ticket prices do not include baggage, airport check-in and other service fees. Baggage or other services for the group can be purchased during the booking process. Special promotions are not applicable to groups.

You can pay for your group bookings in two instalments:

  • 30% of the total amount is a non-refundable deposit (pay it immediately by credit card or within 24 hours via bank transfer, or if the booking is made more than 90 days before departure, you can pay the deposit via bank transfer within 7 days of booking)
  • 70% needs to be paid 30 days before the departure date of the first flight (either with credit card or bank transfer)
If the second instalment is not paid at the latest 30 days before the departure date of the first flight, the booking will be automatically deleted and the deposit cannot be refunded.

You can change the date of the booking for a fee, which is payable per passenger and per flight. If the fare of the new flight is higher than the original, you will have to pay the difference.

Passengers’ names should be provided online no later than 72 hours before departure, after full payment has been received.

Please make sure that you've received a final confirmation e-mail (with the passengers’ names) before you travel, otherwise you might be required to pay a name change fee for each passenger. If you did not receive the e-mail 2 working days before departure, please contact the Wizz Air Call Centre.
