Wizz Air, Europe’s fastest growing and most sustainable airline, announces the launch of one new route from Bucharest to Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark. The new service will be operated twice/week on Thursday and Sunday starting September 29. The announcement follows shortly after the allocation of a new aircraft and the opening of another two new routes, to Greece and Italy. Tickets are already available online on wizzair.com and through the mobile app with fares starting from 99 RON**.
Aarhus is the most recent destination Romanians can enjoy from the capital and it is the third city in Denmak Wizz Air connects with Bucharest after Copenhagen and Billund. Together with the new route, Wizz Air offers now 57 low fare services from Henri Coandă International Airport. The flight to Denmark will be available all year round and is ideal for a City Break or a family vacation, as the city is host to many events and festivals and is also popular for shopping, great food, culture and historical sites.
