After establishing the base operations in 2016, Wizz Air now has 2 aircraft and more than 70 local crew members based at the airport serving 21 routes to 14 countries.
After 6 years of successful operations, as part of its great expansion across Europe, the airline has announced 10 new routes in 2018: Riga, Wroclaw, Paris, Prague, Athens, Barcelona, Rome, Bucharest, and Gdansk are all among the 21 destinations in 14 countries the airline flies to from Kutaisi.
