“Wizz Air has consistently been one of the most asked for e-retailers by over 120 million European consumers that have been upgraded by their banks to shop on-line securely with their Maestro cards. Wizz Air now becomes a partner in accepting Maestro payments on their website making life easier for millions of European cardholders who wish to enjoy the speed, security and convenience of online card payments” – said Robert Nemcsics, MasterCard Europe regional manager responsible for the development of card acceptance.
