Boarding Pass Targeted Advertising
A brand-new and innovative media solution WIZZ TAD (targeted advertising on Wizz Air boarding passes), allows advertisers to target a specific audience according to their nationality, gender, destination or origin.
Advertisers can also select to appear only on flight bookings made in a certain language, appeal to specific age ranges and ensure they are relevant to the date of travel.
The boarding pass is the second most important travel document after a passport and accompanies Wizz Air's passengers throughout their entire journey – from the moment they leave their home until they arrive at their destination. Boarding passes can be printed out up to a week before the date of travel. On average a passenger will view their boarding pass five times before and during their trip.
Adverts on a boarding pass are typically viewed when passengers check in, go through the security/passport control, purchasing items at duty free and travel retail stores at the airport, boarding the aircraft, locating their seats on the plane and going through border control at their destination.
