Conditions

- Flight bookings must be made using the gift voucher within 6 months (186 days) of the issue date, after which the gift voucher becomes void.
- If a voucher is not used/redeemed in full at the time of booking, the balance is non-refundable.
- The validity of the vouchers can not be extended.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Vouchers are valid towards the cost of Wizz Air flights (including associate taxes, fees and charges) and additional services available for purchase together with flights (infant fee, pre-boarding, extra legroom, baggage, special baggage and excess baggage weight fees). They may not be used to purchase bus transfer, travel insurance, car hire and hotels.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed by calling the Wizz Air call centre. Click here for local phone numbers.
- Vouchers are issued in single denominations for the requested amount.
- The base currency of the gift voucher is Euro but payment can me made in various currency using multi currency processing. Gift vouchers can be used to purchase flights in any currency.
- If the value of the voucher does not cover the full value of the flight, additional payment must be made by credit card.
- No booking fee will be applied when making the additional payment.
- Gift vouchers are not available to purchase flights operated by Wizz Air Ukraine.
- More than one voucher can be used by reservation.
