Wizz Air launches new routes from Wroclaw to London and Doncaster/Sheffield
Wizz Air announced today that it would further expand its route network from Poland by launching new flights from Wroclaw. The news comes shortly after the airline revealed its plans to establish its 7th operating base in Poznan as of early 2008. The new flights to London-Luton and Doncaster/Sheffield would start in February 2008.
Initially, the flights between London and Wroclaw will be operated 5 times per week, while the Doncaster/Sheffield service will be run twice weekly.
Tickets for the flights are already on sale on the airline’s website, wizzair.com or by calling the Wizz Air call centre on +48 22 351 94 99.
Regular one way fares for these routes start from as low as PLN 79 one way, including taxes, charges and minimum payment handling fee.
"Our expansion from Wroclaw falls in line with our development plans for Poland. The recent announcements of new routes, new bases and new aircraft underline Wizz Air’s commitment to Poland." - said József Váradi, Chief Executive Officer of Wizz Air.
