Should your flight be delayed by 1 hour or more we will credit GBP 90/EUR 100 (per passenger) to your WIZZ Account. The credit can be used to redeem any Wizz Air flights and any additional products. The service can be purchased per one-way flight.

conditions

• the delay is calculated based on the arrival time (i.e. landing time) of the aircraft
• The money will be automatically credited to your WIZZ Account within 7 days of the affected flight
• The on time arrival guarantee covers any type of delays, even the ones outside of our control such as weather or strikes
• The service is not available for flights operated by Wizz Air Ukraine (WAU)
• The guarantee is not valid for flight delays about which customers are notified at least 48 hours in advance
