Getting to and from the airport
Belfast International Airport is located centrally within Northern Ireland and is also convenient to the border regions of the Republic of Ireland. Belfast city centre is just 20 minutes away by car, whilst the historical city of Londonderry in the North West is approx 1hr 25 minutes away by car.
Belfast International Airport is situated just 18 miles north-west of Belfast and is easily accessed via a network of main roads and motorways.
From Belfast: Take the M2 northbound, turn off at Junction 5 and take the A57 for 7 miles until you reach the airport.
From the north/north west/north east: Take the M2 southbound to junction 5, then the A57 for 7 miles until you reach the airport.
From the south and west: Take the M1 motorway northbound, turn off at the Moira junction and proceed via the A26 and Nutts Corner to Belfast International Airport.

To or from Belfast, the Airport Express 300 now operates a 24 hour service between the airport and Belfast with buses departing every 10 minutes throughout the day. The bus leaves from the bus stop located opposite the terminal exit.

Services to/from Belfast, Lisburn and Londonderry operate from the nearby town of Antrim, just six miles from Belfast International Airport. Passengers travelling to Dublin can connect with the high speed Enterprise train, which departs from Belfast Central Station.
The International Airport Taxi Company, official taxi operator for the airport, are available for hire outside the right hand door of the airport Exit lobby. Only taxis approved by BIA are permitted to use the taxi rank. A list of sample fares is displayed in the exit hall of the terminal building. The fare to Belfast City Centre is approximately £25.00.
