WIZZ AIR’S FIRST FLIGHT FROM SKOPJE TO PARIS BEAUVAIS TOOK OFF TODAY!

Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe*, today operated the maiden flight of its new Skopje service to Paris Beauvais which took off at 5.45 p.m. with 119 passengers on board. The new route is now operating 2 times a week, on Mondays and Fridays on one of the airline’s new Airbus A320 aircraft.
This route has long been awaited by consumers who now can travel between Macedonia and France at very low air fares. Indeed, Paris is a popular destination for Macedonians. Franco-Macedonian commercial exchanges grew by 20% from 2012 to 2013, indicating a strong potential and interest for a direct air route.
