WIZZ AIR OPENS UN-CHECK FACILITY TO PASSENGERS

NEW OPTION GIVES MORE FLEXIBILITY FOR BOOKING CHANGES

Wizz Air the largest low-cost carrier in Central and Eastern Europe*, today announced a new option allowing passengers to modify their booking even if they are already checked-in on a flight. Previously the only way to modify the booking of a checked-in passenger was via Wizz Air’s Call Center. To allow for a cheaper access to booking changes passengers can now revert their check-in online before making changes to their booking. This service is available without any additional fee.

“Wizz Air’s new un-check function allows customers to introduce booking changes even after checking-in for their flights. So far passengers had to contact our call center but now this service is available to all passengers on wizzair.com for free. Wizz Air prides itself on maintaining a high level of customer focus while ensuring low fares.
