WIZZ AIR LAUNCHES NEW BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
Passengers can vote and reward excellent service delivery
Geneva, 17 April 2013: Wizz Air, the largest low-fare, low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe has launched its new Brand Ambassador program which recognizes excellent service delivery and consumer focused cabin crew. Among over 900 members of Wizz Air cabin crew 70 have been selected by their peers as finalists and Wizz Air passengers are now encouraged to vote on their favorite cabin crew to become the Wizz Ambassadors for 2013 and 2014.
The voting is facilitated via a new Facebook application at the Wizz Air Facebook fan page, where passengers can vote every 24 hours for their 2 favorite cabin crew in each Wizz Air base country.
The airline asks its passengers to select the professionals who in their opinion demonstrated outstanding professionalism and constantly strive for excellence in customer service. Once elected, the Wizz Ambassadors will be much more than simply brand ambassadors. These best of the best cabin crew will represent their profession by talking about their jobs to media, school classes, hospitalized children and many others who can feel inspired by the exciting life of a flight attendant. Wizz Ambassadors will happily share their secrets to success and encourage everyone to pursue an aviation career or better understand the perks and challenges of living the “high life”.
