If you need to contact us, you can send your emails to the following address: customerrelations@wizzair.com. We kindly ask you to contact us directly if you have questions regarding a specific reservation, or you need some more general information but were unable to find it on our website. You can do so by calling our call centres. We will give priority to answering e-mails sent to this address if they are claims relating to:
  • damaged, delayed, lost or pilfered baggage
  • delays and cancellations
  • mishandling or mistreatment of passengers
It takes approximately 4 weeks to answer e-mails, should your request be urgent we recommend that you contact our call centre.
