Wizz Air's group booking policy
1. Group definition
25 passengers or more under the same confirmation code.
2. Booking procedure
Request for quotation shall be sent to group@wizzair.com. Request shall include:
- route
- travel dates (if more than one flight a day available - also a flight number)
- passenger number.
After receiving your request, the group desk will send you the quotation within 48 hours.
The price offer is valid for 5 working days. If you wish to make the reservation, please contact group@wizzair.com. Do not forget to include:
- billing address
- contact telephone numbers
- payment method statement.
Booking is made by Wizz Air's group desk and afterwards you will receive the confirmation with the confirmation code (PNR) and any other instructions.
3. Payment methods
Payment can be made via bank transfer or embossed credit card issued by: VISA / MASTERCARD. All costs related to money transfers shall be born by the group booker.
4. Payment deadlines
Credit card payment - upon booking
Bank transfer - payment should appear to Wizz Air's bank account within 5 working days from acceptance of quotation.

5. Special payment conditions
In case of groups bigger than 50 passengers, we offer special payment conditions:
- - 30% of the total amount as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit within 5 working days after acceptance of quotation in case of payment by bank transfer or upon booking in case of credit card payment.
- - 70% of the total amount shall arrive to Wizz Air's bank account at the latest 60 days prior to the departure date of first leg.
6. Late payment
Failure to make payment by the above-mentioned deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. If the second instalment is not paid until 60 days prior to the departure date of the first leg, the deposit will not be refunded.
7. Flexibility
The number of passengers booked in a group can be increased by a maximum of 10%
- up to 30 days after the booking has been made and
- no later than 60 days prior to the departure date of the first flight of the group.
8. Name list
Registered travel agents / corporate companies are entitled to an "open name" booking, where "TBA" substitutes names. Name list should be sent to group@wizzair.com not later than 72 hours prior to departure.
Free name change is available through Wizz Air's Call Centre up to 4 hours prior to departure.
Always make sure you receive a final confirmation email (including the name list) from the reservation system before your travel. If you have not received any email 2 working days prior to your departure date, please request it by contacting group@wizzair.com or the Call Centre.
9. Travel date change
Travel dates can be changed for a fee per flight and per passenger. Click here to check the exact amount.
10. Refund
Wizz Air's General Conditions of Carriage apply. The deposit will not be refunded.
